To order a custom button, upload the custom order form, print it and fill it out. You have the option of scanning it and emailing it back to me, or snail mailing it to me. email me about the address and mailing it to me.
You need Adobe Acrobat to read this file.
You can also use a button blank. In Adobe Photoshop, you can add whatever design you want.
When you are done, attach it to an email and send it to me. In the message portion of the email, be sure to include the quantity you want and the address to which the buttons will be delivered. I reccomend looking at the order form to see what questions to answer.
